Let's see an example of a minimalist home roof design

Who would want the minimalist house you live in to have a beautiful design, but not be supported by a beautiful roof? Of course not unsightly is not it? Therefore, choosing a roof is a very important part when choosing a house roof. In general, the right application of a minimalist home roof design can bring conformity to the shape of the house, so that it can give a beautiful and elegant impression to your residence.

Generally, the roof shape of a minimalist house is sloping. The oblique shape is applied so that when it rains, water can fall directly to the ground. Apart from the sloping shape, another form is the flat roof model. However, along with the development of a minimalist roof design, flat roofs are also starting to be abandoned by fans of minimalist homes. Now, the modern minimalist roof design model with a slanted shape is back in favor, but it has been modified and is no longer shaped the same as the previous model.

There are several types of roof tiles for minimalist homes, including metal tiles, asbestos, clay tiles, ceramic tiles, asphalt tiles, glass tiles, fiber roof tiles, and others. These types of tiles have their advantages and disadvantages. For example, the asbestos roof model is considered more efficient and the price is cheaper, so it is suitable for those who want to save costs.

Meanwhile, clay tile roofs have the advantage of being able to give a cool impression because they have pores for air to enter and exit. Metal tile roofs are known for their resistance to extreme weather and are the lightest when compared to other types of roofs. However, when viewed from a cost perspective, a house with a tiled roof is a bit expensive. It is undeniable that the price depends on the type of material, because the type of roofing material for a minimalist home has an influence on the model and durability of the roof used.
